How much does shipping cost ?

To Canada :
It is a flat rate of $8/order by Expedited. So it is $8 whether you buy one or 5 shirts. The orders will arrive in between 1 and 4 business days from date shipped (it usually takes 1-2 days for the main cities of Quebec and Ontario). There is also the option to choose Xpresspost for $12 and all packages will be guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days. There is an even faster delivery option. If you absolutely need your shirt tomorrow, please call us to get the details about the fees.

To United States :
It is a flat rate of $8/order by Airmail. So it is $8 for one or 5 shirts. Orders are sent via Airmail and will arrive in between 4 and 8 business days from date shipped. There is the option to choose Express delivery for $22. In this case, orders will arrive within 4 business days. Note that it is rare, but sometimes, even when the delivery is guaranteed by a certain date by the courrier company, packages can be late. There is an even faster delivery option. If you absolutely need your shirt in one or two days, please call us to get the details about the fees.

What is your return policy?

At Momzelle, we want you to feel 100% satisfied with your purchase. Nursing tops may be returned or exchanged, for up to 3 months from the date on the invoice, provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed, still have their tag on, and are in “as new” condition. We will refund your credit card less shipping costs as soon as we receive your return. Unfortunately, any merchandise returned that is not in re-sellable condition will not be refunded.

How do exchanges work?

The shirt is not the right size? We don’t want you to wait to get the shirt that will fit you the best. Just reorder a different size – your credit card will be charged for a second time – and mail us the returned shirt. We will refund your credit card in full (including standard shipping cost, since we do not want you to pay shipping twice) when we receive the original order and it has passed inspection.
