CANADA

Free shipping in Canada on orders over $79. 

All packages are shipped the next business day, from Montreal, with Canada Post. 

It can take up to 6 business days to be delivered. (Between major urban centres within Canada, it usually takes between 1 to 2 business days).  


UNITED STATES :

Please visit us.momzelle.com to shop in USD and to be eligible for free shipping. Orders are shipped by airmail and will arrive within 4 to 8 business days. Packages are delivered by USPS.  


INTERNATIONAL:

The packages are shipped by small packet international air, orders usually arrive within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. The buyer is responsible for any duty charges that could be incurred.  

 

 

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

 

Returns are easy and FREE (within Canada). Items purchased at momzelle.com may be returned free of charge, as long as they have only been tried on, are not worn or washed, still have their tag on, and were not marked Final Sale.

 

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. After thirty days, a gift card will be issued.

 

Follow these easy steps:

 

Email info@momzelle.com with your:

 

  1. Order number and the merchandise you wish to return;
  2. Please let us know the reason for your return.

 

A Canada Post return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

 

 

Exchanges: Momzelle does not offer exchanges, at the moment. We recommend following the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and then place a new order for the item(s) you would like.

 

Defective product or shipping error: Please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue with you.

 

Gift return: The return procedure for a gift is the same as a standard order. Please follow the procedures outlined in our Returns Policy.

 

 

Please note:

  • Final sale items are not returnable.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless you received an item in error.
  • Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Special offers may be subject to changes by a return/exchange.
  • Only orders made after December 19th are eligible for free returns.
